| I'm in transition once more...come home..where there's no hello...from my mom...how was my day..just silence...my son greets me..opens da door...says..you look tire mommy..i.reply...i am....how was your day...son?...he replies...gotta get up early...Mikes picking me up..we got a big project...a house in Long Island...do u need anything from da store before i get in bed...i reply...you know i need my teas..rasberry..green and white..i drink these..4 the antioxtics..cleans da system out...i lost 12 pounds..with this regiment...safe...no pills or pharmacuticles...feel lighter..more perky...no caffene..hello someone...that's another process 2 eliminate...it's a drug...substitute...watch out...advertisements don't address this method from one mindset..to another habit..drink plenty of fluids..vitamin water..50's concept works...(cent) ...that is...caffeine makes you sluggish..non-alert..they tell you..it's a pick me up...mine or mannertism...don't believe da hype..follow your own way..u live longer..after talking for about an hour with Nate...we say goodnight...a kiss on da cheek...i kicked off my shoes..my feet were yelling...save me..lol...got online..did a little prayer motivating..meditating..the house was so quiet...everyone's in bed now...thought process..think..sweet dreams...journal..writes todays midhaps ..attitudes..how it affected me..work on myself...go asleep...after playin my song...on my page in (bp)...Meketa..by LES NUBIANS...LOVE IT... As da tidal waves it's level of existence...takes you for a ride...places you where ground levels...which level keeps you standing tall...without falling.. da substance...2balance..level...your weight controls (balance)..da mind is your substance to control level...your needed in both areas of existence.
