You arrived, I saw

what developed a hand

full of Joy..guidance,

what prepared me, the eyes that reads,

wears scholars, smiles of

days 2 follow, where time only

knows what 2 expect..

I watched progress grow from a

gentle child 2 enornous amounts..

grinning, what gave u the Dream

to encounter..

gifts with talents, from the time

your mind character grew, grades you

w/ such accomplishment..stood by

everything academic,

remains a force of

habit, but a fine skilled actor,

where knowledge claimed

him, the tabloid, news of the day,

focused, born n side, a heavy mind

what determines high grades, believes..

a road paved, made ways to Conquer..

where levels traveled through what

sees a real future..shapes ability, honors

what means..no child

lives without understanding his dream,

love is unconditional, not fake nor phony

just a life worth having..

where ur bridges or shall I say, pampers

worn..from video games to high scores from

Rubik cube to pac-man..from winning,

News: "States ignored warnings on unemployment insurance WASHINGTON – State officials had plenty of warning. Over the past three decades, two national commissions and a series of government audits sounded alarms about the dwindling amount of money states were setting aside to pay unemployment insurance to laid-off workers. 'Trust Fund Reserves Inadequate,' federal auditors said in a 1988 report. It's clear now the warnings were pretty much ignored. Instead, states kept whittling away at the trust funds, mostly by cutting unemployment insurance taxes at the behest of the business community. The low balances hastened insolvency when the recession hit, leading about 30 states to borrow $41.5 billion from the federal government to pay unemployment benefits to their growing population of jobless. The ramifications will be felt for years."
